‘There is no strength without unity.’
As part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, the school decided to create a commemorative painting that reflects Sacred Heart P.S. in 2024. Every child in the school painted their likeness onto the canvas, solidifying their place in the annals of school history.

Our new After School Club Programme for Term 3 will launch on Monday 8th April. It will run until Friday 27th June. All clubs are £2 per session bar Kazuko Karate, Fun Fit Sports and ActiSport which are £3 per session.
We are delighted to now include Kazoku Karate and Fun Fit Sports into our offering. This ensures that our children continue to get a broad and engaging After School Club Programme that offers a range of choice and value for money.
Thanks.
Last week marked the end of the Sport Changes Life Honour Roll Programme for P6 and P7. The workshops covered many important areas such as transitioning schools, bullying and internet safety, whilst incorporating sports too.
The boys and girls really enjoyed these initiatives, facilitated by Michael and Aimee, and were thankful that they were able to take part.

The judging for the Dundrum Village Association’s Easter Egg Design Competition took place on Friday past. Members of the DVA and DDA formed the judging panel and they were all very impressed by the standard of entries.
All the winners from our school can get their prizes when they attend the DVA’s Easter Fun Day on Monday 1st April from 10:30am to 12:30pm at Dundrum Castle.
Yesterday our P7 pupil Christopher travelled to the National Aquatic Centre in Dublin to represent Sacred Heart P.S. at the 2024 Irish Minor Schools’ Championship. Christopher took part in the ‘Butterfly Heats’ and after a sterling performance he set a new PB.
We are all extremely proud of your efforts Christopher. Well done!
