Sacred Heart P.S. hosted a GAA Blitz for P3/P4 boys and girls at Páirc Seán Ó Caoilte this morning. In attendance were ourselves, St Mary’s P.S. Aughlisnafin, St Joseph’s P.S. Carnacaville and St. Francis P.S. Drumaroad.
There were great displays of skill across all the teams with some highly contested games. This was our first ever P3/P4 blitz and we cannot wait to organise more in the future. We would like to thank all the schools for coming and taking part. Thanks also goes out to all the referees who volunteered their time to help out on the day and to Dundrum GAC for the use of the grounds. Gratitude is extended as well to Mr McCartan for organising the event.
The footballing future is definitely bright across our local areas!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
