P2/P3 had a wonderful workshop with Aoife from REACH on Thursday. It was extremely engaging and beneficial for the class. They learned about how they can match their feelings to certain colours. Then they talked about what they should do when they feel a certain way. This was a really worthwhile experience for the class and it marked the first of four engagement sessions that will be taking place over the next few weeks.
