Shea P4
This award goes to a student who has consistently excelled across the curriculum.
Throughout P4, he has shown a particular strength in Numeracy, especially mental maths, and he demonstrates strong reading fluency and comprehension. His enthusiasm for learning and natural curiosity about the world are evident in everything that he does.
Shea follows instructions carefully, shows excellent manners (always greeting staff with a cheerful “good morning” or “good afternoon”) and is a reliable and thoughtful member of our school community. Each morning, he takes it upon himself to charge the iPads, ensuring they’re ready for a full day of learning. He is always early, never misses a day and he brings a positive attitude to school every single day.
Outside the classroom, he is a keen sports enthusiast. He impressed us all on Sports Day by winning several events and continues to show his dedication through extra-curricular activities such as swimming, jiu-jitsu, running and Gaelic Games. His kind nature, witty humour and ability to get along with everyone make him a valued friend and classmate.
It has been a joy to watch him grow this year, and we know he’s more than ready for the challenges and opportunities that P5 will bring.
Well done Shea!
