Ailbhe P2
The Principal’s Award this week goes to P2 student Ailbhe. Ailbhe is extremely well mannered and always shows a great attitude in school from when she comes in during the morning until she goes home in the afternoon. This is a fine personality trait that not only shows her love for learning but also her enthusiasm for school as a whole.
Ailbhe works independently within Numeracy and Literacy and takes great pride in her work. She is an avid reader and has been excelling throughout the Accelerated Reader programme which is fantastic at such a young age. She shows great interest in the books that she reads and is always on hand to engage in discussion around them. Ailbhe loves writing too and has created some fantastic stories during creative writing lessons this year. She has a spark for imaginativeness and this inspires her written output.
Ailbhe looks out for others and shows a great caring and compassionate nature. She participates well and puts 100% into everything that she does. Her teacher is delighted with the progress that she has made thus far. She is a very worthy recipient of this award.
Well done!
