Newry, Mourne and Down District Council Environmental Poster Competition Winner!

It was with great pride that we learned this morning that our P6 pupil Effie McMullan was officially announced as the ‘Junior Winner’ of the Environmental Poster Competition. Effie emerged on top among 1000’s of other entries from across the council area.

As winner, Effie’s picture will be framed and mounted and she will also receive a £50 voucher prize for her efforts. More strikingly, her winning poster will be displayed on billboards throughout the district in 2022.

Well done Effie on a superb achievement!
