This afternoon at assembly it was announced that we raised the princely sum of £329 for Children in Need!
Our three School Council led fundraisers included ‘guess the amount of sweets in the jar,’ ‘guess the name of the teddy bear’ and a non-uniform day today.
Well done to Paudie in P5 who was the first person to guess correctly in regards to the amount of sweets in the jar. 111 to be precise! Ronan in P3 selected the correct name for the teddy bear, the aptly named Vernon! Both boys were delighted with their efforts and they got to take home their prizes.
A big thank you goes to our School Council (pictured) along with Mr Cartan and Annette for their efforts in raising much needed funds for the charity. Thank you too goes to our school community for all of your support.
