Roald Dahl Day

In celebration of Roald Dahl day, Primary 7 designed their own special bookmarks to use with their Accelerated Reading books in school. Each bookmark included an inspiring quote by Roald Dahl himself. We then used our ICT skills to create a WANTED poster for our favourite Roald Dahl villains. Inspired by 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory', we finished the day by designing our own chocolate bar. As a special Friday treat, we even got to taste a little square to help get our creative juices flowing!

Talking and Listening!

Primary Seven completed a talking and listening task where they were matched randomly with someone in the class. The children conducted peer interviews and recorded their answers. We then played a game of 'find someone who...'. It was lovely to see the children get to know each other, asking a variety of questions. We definitely broke the ice on our first day back to school!
