P7 were shocked to return from swimming to find that their chairs were missing from their classroom. After some investigation, they realised that Betty had taken them as they weren’t being tucked in consistently every evening!

Luckily, the boys and girls have been focusing on persuasive writing as their creative writing topic. They wrote a letter to Betty detailing the importance of chairs and why they needed them back. Betty was so impressed by the quality of the writing that she agreed to give them another chance! The chairs were then returned in due course.
