Outdoor Learning Week

Outdoor Learning Week was a big focus in Sacred Heart P.S. these past five days. To coincide with the initiative, we also reopened our new reimagined outdoor classroom.

Lots of related activities took place across all of our classes. Long division in the Spring sunshine, SeeSaw home tasks, Forest School activities, planting, establishment of fraction walls using sticks and chalk, Numeracy trails, shape hunts, trundle wheel measurements, branch length estimations and tree counting!
